Michelle Pourciau has demonstrated leadership across administrative areas such as transportation and infrastructure. Known for achieving results in public and private projects, Michelle Pourciau has delivered performance standards and policies that assured successful delivery of private programs and contracts, as well as municipal initiatives.

As a senior director with Sigma Associates, Inc., from 2013 to 2016, Ms. Pourciau had an integral role in developing the firm’s multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting reach throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Her firm’s asset management and IT solutions extended to water and wastewater systems across institutional and industrial settings.

Ms. Pourciau also has five years experience as vice president with McKissack & McKissack’s transportation practice, a role in which she drove results in strategic marketing and planning as well as revenue growth and risk avoidance. Under her watch, the practice expanded to provide construction management of major transit, bridge, and roadway undertakings.

A respected voice in her field, Michelle Pourciau has held leadership responsibilities with the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board and served on the Metropolitan Washington Air Quality Committee.
